Per Se by Thomas Keller wins your palate with amazing original creations, and at the same time wins your heart with the hospitality and service. Every minute of it was worth it, the staff would do it all to customize your visit to your needs and keep you well fed. Getting to the place inside a mall was strange, but once inside you just go into a fantastic journey.

You can tell they use the best liquors, on the right amount, plus ‘à je ne sais quoi’ that makes them special. The place is like a next to harbor, not at plain sight, destination inspired in Hemingway the author, with the passion of the creators imprinted everywhere. Food used to be fine at first, now they are taking shortcuts and neglecting the kitchen, which is terribly sad. Drinks a 10, but when food fails, now they just have a mention, no star.
